ICE Agency is led by founder Giada Albanese. Cosmopolitan, dynamic and vibrant, Giada was born into a realm of fashion, art and celebrity via a family whose business was at the intersection of these worlds. The whimsical stilettos made by her father under the Albanese brand were once worn by the divas of the Dolce Vita, and to this day are art pieces displayed in museums such as the famed MOMA.
Giada’s robust curriculum makes her a veteran of the entertainment world. It was at age 19, whilst studying International Affairs in Paris that she was offered her first job assisting Valentino’s press department during the frenetic fashion week. This experience led to a decision to grow this budding career in the Big Apple, where she joined Chanel’s celebrity relations team in the early 90s, the height of the “Sex in the City” days, when interest in celebrity fashion became a daily obsession. This experience was followed by a stint in the press office at Gucci, where she deepened her skills and forged important relationships.
Soon, Giada realized her fashion days had been a gateway for her to now pursue her true passion - the world of entertainment. She decided to leave behind New York and head to Los Angeles, the entertainment capital of the world. Thanks to her enterprising skills, she was able to obtain a contract with Rai (Radio Televisione Italiana) which allowed her to become one of the few foreign correspondents for interviews on Hollywood’s red carpets, eventually receiving the SAT award for best Video Chronicles correspondent in 2005. In these same years she completed her studies by obtaining her masters degree in journalism.
Armed with a wealth of experience and relationships from her time in the US, Giada headed back to Rome to put it all together for the lucrative Italian market, founding Factory4 PR - a communications agency which, for the next decade, represented more than 70 artists - from up-and-coming talent to household names. With the growing emphasis on and importance of digital and social media, it became clear to her that the time was right create a new business model to better serve the evolving needs of the many iconic brands and talent she had worked with for years.

ANNA LAURA BIANCHI

Born in Rome, Anna Laura graduated from the LUISS University of Rome with a degree in law, followed by a master's degree in marketing and communications. With a penchant for hot pink and a propensity to talk a little too much (even for a lawyer), she is far better suited to the world of public relations and parties.

GIANLUCA MEOLA

Journalist, sports commentator, author, TV host, PR and international press office for sports, corporate, entertainment and major events, Gianluca's client list includes popstar such as Madonna, Bellator MMA, Glory World Series and Harlem Globetrotters. He has been looking after the image of companies, sports, music and entertainment personalities for over ten years.
He counts on numerous collaborations with Italian and foreign magazines and is director of the online sports magazine Playsport. In 2018 he received the prestigious International Grand Prix of Venice from the Chamber of Deputies and was included in the top 10 Italian excellences in the sector.

EDOARDO CARLO ACHENZA

Partner and Analytics Manager

Graduated in London from Hult International Business School and then followed a specialist with the Microsoft AI Academy deep diving in the field of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence. Edoardo has worked at various StartUps in multiple sectors of energy, electric mobility, fashion and mobile gaming and also with more structured companies such as Accenture and various multinationals. He is passionate about science, music and technology.

ANDREA PALMIERI

Legal Advisor

Andrea Palmieri graduated in October 2010 at the University of Roma Tre with a thesis on Diritto Commerciale sull’Amministrazione Straordinaria. He obtained his qualification to practice law in October 2013, in the district of the Court of Appeal of Rome, where he currently practises the profession. In 2014, he won the scholarship for the Master's degree "Avvocato d'Affari" at Il Sole 24 Ore and, subsequently, he is a professor's assistant. He is Commissioner in bankruptcy proceedings and liquidator of companies. He carries out judicial and extra-judicial activities with reference to civil law, commercial law, company law and bankruptcy law. He is legal advisor to joint-stock companies, limited liability companies, partnerships, banks and credit institutions. He follows litigation and debt collection activities for leading Italian electricity and gas supply companies.

LUCIANA CHIALASTRI

Administrative Assistant

Born in Rome and devoted to the arts, she studied and graduated at the Academy of Fine Arts, later acquiring a degree in Decoration with a thesis on the history of the shoes, symbol of the Dolce Vita and family brand. In her free time, besides painting and taking care of her plants, she also plays tennis, swimming and volleyball. She also brings her creative touch to the administration: numbers, accounts and contracts can have an artistic implication if you look at them through Luciana's eyes. Precise and organized is one of the most solid columns of ICE.
